Active codes on this page: FT30 (FXIFY), FT60 (FundYourFX), FUNDEDTRADING (TradeDay), FT15 (Hola Prime), FT10 (HyroTrader), FT5 (FundedNext), FTR5 (E8 Markets), FTR10 (The5ers).
Table of Contents
What is the best prop firm for each asset class?
No single prop firm is best for every market. A futures trader and a crypto trader need different firms, different platforms, and different drawdown models. Start with the asset class, then pick the firm.
| Asset class | Best firm | Why | Code |
|---|---|---|---|
| Forex and CFD | Orion Funded | Best Prop Firm of the Year 2024 and 2025, 48-hour payout guarantee | No code |
| Futures | TradeDay | No consistency rule, no daily loss limit, day-one payout access | FUNDEDTRADING |
| Crypto | HyroTrader | Real Bybit exchange execution, 700+ pairs, verifiable fills | FT10 |
| Instant funding | FundYourFX | Best Instant Funding Prop Firm 2026, no evaluation phase | FT60 |
| Multi-asset in one account | FXIFY | Seven programme types across CFD, crypto, and instant funding | FT30 |
| Long-term scaling | The5ers | $4,000,000 ceiling and a $4,000 monthly salary at $350K | FTR10 |
Best prop firms in 2026 compared
Ten prop firms rank here on five measures: asset coverage, execution model, verified payout history, drawdown model, and total cost after the active FundedTrading.com code. Every firm in this table has a dated review on FundedTrading.com with rules checked against the firm's own documentation.
| # | Firm | Assets | Best for | Max funding | Split | Code |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | FXIFY | CFD, crypto, instant | Multi-asset all-rounder | $400,000, scaling to $4M | Up to 90% | FT30 (30% off) |
| 2 | Orion Funded | CFD | Payout speed and awards | $4,000,000 | 80% to 100% | No code |
| 3 | TradeDay | Futures | Futures traders | $150,000 | 80% to 95% | FUNDEDTRADING (20% off) |
| 4 | HyroTrader | Crypto | Real exchange execution | 1,000,000 USDT | 80% to 90% | FT10 (10% off) |
| 5 | The5ers | CFD | Scaling to $4M | $4,000,000+ | Up to 100% | FTR10 (5% off) |
| 6 | FundedNext | CFD, futures | Payout guarantee | $200,000 CFD | Up to 95% | FT5 (5% off) |
| 7 | FTMO | CFD | Payout track record | $400,000 | Up to 90% | No code |
| 8 | Hola Prime | CFD, crypto, futures | Audited payout record | Varies by plan | Up to 95% | FT15 (15% off) |
| 9 | E8 Markets | Forex, futures, crypto | Custom account build | $1,000,000 | Up to 100% | FTR5 (5% off) |
| 10 | FundYourFX | CFD, instant | Instant funding | $200,000 | Up to 100% | FT60 (60% off) |
Funding ceilings shown are the standard path. Scaling programs raise the ceiling further at Orion Funded, The5ers, HyroTrader, and E8 Markets. Splits marked "up to" require scaling milestones or paid add-ons, so read the starting figure rather than the ceiling.
How do you choose the best prop firm for you?
Choose a prop firm on the asset class you trade first, its drawdown model second, and its price third. Most traders reverse that order and buy the cheapest challenge, then breach on a rule they never read. The six checks below matter more than the ranking on any list.
Start with the asset class, not the brand
Prop firms specialise more than their marketing suggests. TradeDay funds CME futures only and does not offer forex or CFD. HyroTrader funds USDT perpetual futures on Bybit and offers no forex or spot. FTMO funds CFD only. A trader who buys a well-reviewed firm without checking the instrument list ends up funded on a market they do not trade. Check the asset class table above before comparing anything else.
Check whether crypto means a real exchange or a CFD feed
Crypto prop firms split into two groups that both call the product crypto trading. HyroTrader routes orders to Bybit by API, so a trader can verify a fill against a personal Bybit account. FXIFY, Hola Prime, and E8 Markets price crypto as a contract for difference, where the firm's liquidity provider sets the feed. Pair count gives it away. HyroTrader lists 700+ pairs because it runs Bybit's full market. FXIFY lists 80+ because a CFD desk builds synthetic prices only for the pairs traders ask for.
Check the drawdown model before anything else
The drawdown model decides how much room a trader has to be wrong. A static drawdown fixes the loss floor to the starting balance. FTMO uses a 10% static drawdown, so a trader who grows a $100,000 account to $107,000 still has a floor at $90,000. A trailing drawdown moves the floor up as equity rises. The5ers uses a 6% trailing drawdown on High Stakes, which means the floor chases peak equity and gives less room after a winning streak.
Drawdown behaves differently on a 24/7 market. A trailing floor that moves while a trader sleeps is harsher in crypto than in forex, because crypto never closes for the weekend.
Read the payout terms, not the payout marketing
Every prop firm advertises fast payouts. Only some put a consequence behind it. FundedNext guarantees payouts within 24 hours and pays $1,000 compensation if it misses that window. Orion Funded guarantees 48 hours with a written financial penalty. TradeDay gives day-one payout access on its Quick Pay route after a five-day minimum. Hola Prime went further and commissioned an independent Deloitte review of its withdrawals between October 2025 and March 2026, which found 98.35% of requests cleared within one hour with zero denials in that window, reported by Finance Magnates in April 2026.
Check the first-payout gate as well. FTMO refunds the challenge fee with the first funded payout rather than on passing the evaluation, so a trader who fails a funded account before that first payout does not get the refund. HyroTrader triggers a mandatory withdrawal once a funded account hits 5% profit above the starting balance, so profit cannot compound indefinitely inside the account.
Work out the total cost after the discount code
Challenge price alone is a bad comparison. Compare the cost of the account size a trader actually wants, after the active code, and factor in whether the fee is refundable. FundYourFX runs 60% off with code FT60. FXIFY runs 30% off with FT30. FTMO and Orion Funded have no FundedTrading.com code at all, which makes both more expensive in real terms than their sticker price suggests. The full list sits on the prop firm discount codes page.
Match the platform to the strategy
MetaQuotes pulled prop firm white-label licences in 2024, which pushed much of the industry onto cTrader, TradeLocker, Match-Trader, and DXtrade. Platform support now varies widely. Hola Prime runs six platforms, the widest choice on this page. FXIFY runs MT4, MT5, DXtrade, and TradingView. FTMO runs MT4, MT5, and cTrader. Orion Funded runs MT5 and MatchTrader only. FundYourFX runs Match-Trader and an MT5 Trade Copier. TradeDay runs CME futures platforms, and HyroTrader executes through Bybit, Tealstreet, or CLEO. Check the platform before the price, because a firm that does not support the terminal a trader already uses costs time that no discount recovers.
Check the rules that fail traders, not the rules that sell challenges
Consistency rules, news restrictions, and weekend holding limits break more accounts than profit targets do. Orion Funded applies a two-minute news restriction on funded accounts. The5ers applies a two-minute news freeze on High Stakes. HyroTrader caps a single day at 40% of total evaluation profit, a rule built for forex that can penalise a legitimate crypto edge where one large move drives the month. TradeDay runs no funded consistency rule and no daily loss limit. Read the rule set for the specific account model, because firms with several models apply different rules to each one.
Which prop firms have won FundedTrading Awards?
The FundedTrading Awards score prop firms on payout speed, challenge terms, platform quality, rule clarity, and verified trader feedback. Four firms in the top ten hold an award. Four further award winners sit outside the top ten and are listed here for traders shopping on trust signals alone.

1. FXIFY, best multi-asset prop firm
FXIFY runs seven programme types across CFD, crypto, and instant funding under one brand. That breadth is why FXIFY ranks first on a list built for traders across every asset class rather than forex alone.
FXIFY holds four FundedTrading Awards: Best Newcomer 2023, Best Broker-Backed Prop Firm in both 2025 and 2026, and Best 2-Step Challenge 2026. FXIFY was founded in October 2023 in the United Kingdom, shows $35M+ paid out on its own site, and holds a 4.4 Trustpilot rating from 5,461 reviews. Entry starts at $39 on a Three Phase $5,000 account, and the first payout on funded CFD evaluation accounts is processed on demand after the first funded trade.
FXIFY prices crypto as a CFD rather than routing to a named exchange, and caps crypto leverage at 5:1 on BTC and ETH and 2:1 on other pairs. A trader who wants real exchange execution should read the HyroTrader entry below instead. FXIFY also restricts news trading on Crypto Standard challenges specifically, unlike its CFD accounts.
Pros
- Seven programme types across CFD, crypto, and instant funding
- On-demand first payout on funded CFD evaluation accounts
- Four FundedTrading Awards from 2023 to 2026
- 30% off with FT30, the largest standing code in the top ten
Cons
- Rules differ noticeably across the seven programme types
- Add-ons for leverage, split, and payout frequency push the total cost up
- Crypto is priced as a CFD, so fills cannot be checked against an exchange
- TradingView is still marked coming soon on crypto programmes
Best for: traders who want more than one asset class and more than one platform without opening accounts at several firms.

Offer: 30% off all FXIFY accounts.
2. Orion Funded, best CFD prop firm
Orion Funded won the FundedTrading Best Prop Firm of the Year award in both 2024 and 2025, the only back-to-back win in that category. Orion Funded backs its 48-hour payout window with a written financial penalty if it misses, one of the few payout commitments in the industry with a real consequence attached.
The Orion Funded Nova model splits the challenge fee. A trader pays half upfront and pays the remainder only after getting funded. That structure answers the most common complaint about prop firm pricing, which is paying the full fee before knowing the outcome. Orion Funded serves 100,000+ traders across 160+ countries.
Orion Funded launched its V3 dashboard in 2026 with built-in journaling, an economic calendar, real-time metrics, and a leaderboard. Orion Funded applies a two-minute news restriction on funded accounts, so news traders need to plan around it. Orion Funded trades CFD only and has no crypto-native or futures product.
Pros
- Back-to-back Best Prop Firm of the Year 2024 and 2025
- 48-hour payout guarantee with a written penalty
- Nova model splits the fee across pass and funding
- Scales to $4,000,000 with up to 100% split
Cons
- Two-minute news restriction on funded accounts
- No FundedTrading.com discount code, so no discount on entry
- MT5 and MatchTrader only, no MT4 or cTrader
- 1,700+ Trustpilot reviews, a small sample next to FTMO or FundedNext
Best for: CFD traders who want the strongest recent award record and a payout guarantee with a real penalty attached.
3. TradeDay, best futures prop firm
TradeDay runs no funded consistency rule and no daily loss limit, which is why TradeDay won the FundedTrading Best Payout Policy award for 2025. TradeDay is the strongest futures prop firm in this list and has paid out more than $10 million since 2020 from its Chicago base.
The TradeDay 2.0 relaunch in May 2026 cut the old nine-SKU grid down to two routes. Quick Pay gives day-one payout access after a five-day minimum. Fast Pass gives a three-day pass with EOD drawdown throughout. TradeDay retired its static drawdown option, so any review still listing static drawdown as a current choice is out of date.
The TradeDay profit split starts at 80% and rises to 95% after $100,000 in lifetime payouts. TradeDay also runs a path from Funded Sim to a live capital account, which almost no CFD firm on this list offers.
Pros
- Best Payout Policy 2025
- $10M+ verified payouts since 2020
- No funded consistency rule, no daily loss limit
- Path from Funded Sim to a live capital account
Cons
- EOD drawdown on both routes since the static option was retired in May 2026
- 95% split requires $100,000 in lifetime payouts
- $150,000 funding ceiling
- Five-day minimum before the first Quick Pay payout
Best for: futures traders who want a published payout policy, no consistency rule, and a route to live capital.

Offer: 20% off all TradeDay evaluations.
4. HyroTrader, best crypto prop firm
HyroTrader connects funded traders to Bybit by direct API, so every fill can be checked against a personal Bybit account. That verifiable execution is what separates HyroTrader from the crypto CFD accounts offered by FXIFY, Hola Prime, and E8 Markets.
HyroTrader operates as Hyro Finance j.s.a. in Slovakia and has processed over $3.5 million in payouts. HyroTrader won Best Crypto Prop Firm at the 2025 ProFX Awards in Dubai. The profit split starts at 80% and rises 5% every four months of consistent funded trading, reaching 90% after 16 months. The challenge fee refunds with the first payout, and entry starts at $59.
HyroTrader triggers a mandatory withdrawal once a funded account hits 5% profit above the starting balance, so profit cannot compound indefinitely inside the account. HyroTrader also caps a single day at 40% of total evaluation profit, a rule imported from forex that can penalise a crypto trader whose month is driven by one large move. HyroTrader offers no spot and no forex.
Pros
- Real Bybit execution with independently verifiable fills
- 700+ crypto pairs, far beyond any CFD crypto account
- Payouts in USDT or USDC within 12 to 48 hours
- Challenge fee refunds with the first payout
Cons
- Mandatory withdrawal triggers at 5% profit above starting balance, so profit cannot compound
- 40% single-day profit cap during evaluation
- Perpetual futures only, no spot market
- $3.5M payout record is small next to FTMO or E8 Markets
Best for: traders who already trade on Bybit and want direct exchange execution rather than a synthetic crypto CFD feed.
HyroTrader discount code
Use code FT10 at checkout for 10% off any HyroTrader challenge.
Offer: 10% off all HyroTrader challenges.
5. The5ers, highest scaling ceiling
The5ers pays a fixed $4,000 monthly salary once a trader reaches $350,000 in account size, regardless of that period's trading result. No other firm in this top ten runs an equivalent salary structure, and that is the main reason The5ers ranks fifth despite trading CFD only.
The5ers runs three evaluation paths. High Stakes is a 2-step challenge with a 6% trailing drawdown and a two-minute news freeze around high-impact events. Hyper Growth skips the evaluation and uses a static 6% drawdown with news trading allowed. Bootcamp is the cheapest entry at $95, with leverage capped at 1:10.
The5ers routes orders through institutional liquidity rather than a pure demo simulation. The tradeoff against FTMO is room to be wrong, because the 6% trailing limit on High Stakes gives less breathing space than a 10% static floor.
Pros
- Ten years operating with no documented systemic payout failure
- $4,000 monthly salary at $350,000 account size
- 100% split at the top scaling tier
- Institutional liquidity rather than demo simulation
Cons
- The $4,000 monthly salary requires a $350,000 account, a high bar
- 6% trailing drawdown on High Stakes is tighter than a static floor
- High Stakes news freeze blocks news scalpers
- Bootcamp leverage capped at 1:10
Best for: CFD traders building a long-term funded career who want the highest achievable split and a path to institutional capital.
The5ers discount code
Use code FTR10 at checkout for 5% off any The5ers CFD challenge.
Offer: 5% off all The5ers CFD accounts.
6. FundedNext, strongest payout guarantee
FundedNext backs every payout with a written 24-hour guarantee and pays $1,000 compensation if it misses that window. FundedNext also holds the largest verified review footprint of any prop firm, at more than 72,340 Trustpilot reviews, and covers both CFD and futures.
FundedNext pays a 15% bonus on challenge-phase profit with the first funded withdrawal on its Stellar 2-Step and 1-Step models. A trader who generates $8,000 in challenge profit and then gets funded collects an extra $1,200. Stellar Lite starts at $32.99 for a $5,000 account.
FundedNext uses a static drawdown across every Stellar model and runs no consistency rule on funded CFD accounts. FundedNext removed its 70% margin rule in July 2026 and cleared existing violations under it. XAUUSD leverage on Stellar 2-Step dropped from 1:100 to 1:10 in January 2026 and remains at 1:10. FundedNext lists only nine crypto pairs at flat 1:1 leverage, so it is not a crypto option.
Pros
- 24-hour payout guarantee with $1,000 compensation
- 72,340+ Trustpilot reviews, the largest footprint here
- 15% challenge-phase profit bonus on Stellar models
- Static drawdown, no funded consistency rule
Cons
- XAUUSD leverage cut to 1:10 since January 2026
- $200,000 CFD ceiling before scaling
- Nine crypto pairs at 1:1 leverage, thin if crypto matters to you
- Trustpilot negatives describe terminations near payout requests
Best for: traders who want the largest independently verified feedback record and a payout window backed by financial compensation.
FundedNext discount code
Use code FT5 at checkout for 5% off any FundedNext challenge.
Offer: 5% off all FundedNext CFD and futures challenges.
7. FTMO, longest verified payout record
FTMO has paid out more than $500 million to traders since 2015, the largest verified payout record in the prop firm industry. FTMO also uses a 10% static drawdown, the most forgiving drawdown rule of any firm in this top ten.
FTMO ranks seventh rather than first because this page scores five criteria and FTMO leads on one. FTMO caps funding at $400,000 while Orion Funded, The5ers, and E8 Markets all go higher. FTMO caps the split at 90% while five firms here reach 100%. FTMO has no FundedTrading.com discount code, which makes the real entry cost the highest in this top ten. FTMO is a CFD specialist rather than a multi-asset firm, so a futures or crypto trader is served better elsewhere on this list.
FTMO acquired regulated broker OANDA in December 2025, which added NFA-regulated infrastructure and reopened access for US traders across most states. Five US states remain excluded. FTMO refunds the challenge fee with the first funded payout, not on passing the evaluation, so a trader who fails a funded account before that payout does not get the refund.
Pros
- $500M+ verified payouts since 2015, the largest here
- 10% static drawdown, the most forgiving in this top ten
- OANDA acquisition adds regulated broker oversight
- 4.8/5 Trustpilot from 40,000+ reviews
Cons
- No FundedTrading.com code, the highest real entry cost in this top ten
- No instant funding path
- $400,000 ceiling, below Orion Funded, The5ers, and E8 Markets
- 90% split cap while five firms here reach 100%
- Fee refunds only with the first funded payout, not on passing
Best for: CFD traders who prioritise the longest verified payout history and the largest static drawdown buffer over cost or asset range.
8. Hola Prime, best audited payout record
Hola Prime commissioned an independent Deloitte review of its withdrawal processing between October 2025 and March 2026. That review found 98.35% of requests cleared within one hour with zero denials in the period, reported by Finance Magnates in April 2026. No other firm in this top ten has an audited payout record from a major accounting firm.
Hola Prime supports six platforms, more than any other firm on this page, and trades crypto with zero commission alongside forex, indices, commodities, and futures. Hola Prime is regulated by the FSC of Mauritius and holds a 4.6 Trustpilot rating from 1,762 reviews.
Hola Prime prices crypto as a CFD rather than routing to a named exchange, so it does not replace HyroTrader for a trader who wants verifiable exchange fills. The 10-day payout cycle is also slower than the on-demand payouts at TradeDay or HyroTrader.
Pros
- Deloitte-audited withdrawals, 98.35% cleared under one hour
- Six platforms, the widest choice on this page
- Five asset classes under one brand
- Regulated by the FSC of Mauritius
Cons
- 10-day payout cycle, slower than the on-demand firms here
- 95% split only on Accelerator accounts
- Crypto is priced as a CFD, so fills cannot be checked against an exchange
- 1,762 Trustpilot reviews, a smaller sample than FTMO or FundedNext
Best for: traders who want the widest platform choice and the only independently audited payout record in this list.
Hola Prime discount code
Use code FT15 at checkout for 15% off any Hola Prime challenge or Direct Account.
Offer: 15% off all Hola Prime accounts.
9. E8 Markets, best custom account structure
E8 Markets lets traders configure account size, drawdown level, and profit split as three separate choices through its E8 ONE structure, rather than picking a fixed package. No other firm in this top ten separates those three variables. E8 Markets covers forex, futures, and crypto under that one structure.
E8 Markets has paid out more than $74 million to traders since 2021 and holds a 4.3 to 4.4 Trustpilot rating from over 3,200 reviews. Scaling reaches $1,000,000, and the profit split climbs to 100% after 10 consecutive winning days on standard accounts. Entry starts at $33.
E8 Signature funded accounts carry a mandatory payout buffer equal to the end-of-day drawdown amount, which stays locked in the account and cannot be withdrawn. Minimum payout is $250 through Rise or $50 through Plane. E8 Markets prices crypto as a CFD rather than routing to an exchange.
Pros
- Account size, drawdown, and split configured separately
- $74M+ paid to traders since 2021
- Forex, futures, and crypto under one account structure
- Scaling to $1,000,000 with a 100% split path
Cons
- Signature accounts lock a non-withdrawable buffer equal to the EOD drawdown
- $250 minimum payout through Rise
- 100% split requires 10 consecutive winning days
- Crypto is priced as a CFD, so fills cannot be checked against an exchange
Best for: traders who want to set drawdown and split independently instead of accepting a fixed package.
E8 Markets discount code

Offer: 5% off all E8 Markets challenges.
10. FundYourFX, best instant funding route
FundYourFX won the FundedTrading Best Instant Funding Prop Firm award for 2026 and also won in 2024. For traders skipping the evaluation phase entirely, FundYourFX is the most award-validated instant funding option in this list.
FundYourFX runs the largest discount on this page at 60% off with code FT60. Combined with instant funding, that gives the lowest real cost of any route to a funded account here. FundYourFX pays up to a 100% profit split.
FundYourFX operates on Match-Trader and an MT5 Trade Copier, with no MT4 or cTrader option. The $200,000 ceiling sits below FTMO, Orion Funded, The5ers, and E8 Markets, and FundYourFX offers no futures or crypto-native product.
Pros
- Best Instant Funding Prop Firm 2026, plus a 2024 award
- 60% off with FT60, the largest discount on this page
- Up to 100% profit split
- London HQ with clear location disclosure
Cons
- $200,000 funding ceiling
- Match-Trader and MT5 Trade Copier only, no MT4 or cTrader
- Smaller public payout record than FTMO or E8 Markets
Best for: traders who want instant funding without an evaluation and care most about upfront cost.
FundYourFX discount code
Use code FT60 at checkout for 60% off any FundYourFX account.
Offer: 60% off all FundYourFX accounts.
Which prop firms just missed the top ten?
Five firms scored close enough to the top ten to be worth checking against a specific need. Each one leads on a single measure rather than across the board, which is why each sits below the ten above.

|---|---|---|---|
| OneFunded | CFD | Cheapest entry at $16, refunded on first payout, no deadline | FT25 (25% off) |
| FundingPips | CFD | Four account models, 52,000+ Trustpilot reviews | FTR (20% off) |
| City Traders Imperium | CFD | Balance-based drawdown, monthly salary, eight-year record | FT10 (10% off) |

Frequently asked questions
What is the best prop firm in 2026?
FXIFY is the best prop firm in 2026 across all asset classes, running seven programme types across CFD, crypto, and instant funding with four FundedTrading Awards. The best prop firm for a specific trader depends on the market traded. TradeDay is the best futures prop firm, HyroTrader is the best crypto prop firm, and Orion Funded is the best CFD-only prop firm.
Is FTMO still the best prop firm?
FTMO holds the largest verified payout record in the industry at over $500 million since 2015 and the most forgiving drawdown at 10% static. FTMO ranks seventh here because it trades CFD only, caps funding at $400,000, caps the split at 90%, and has no FundedTrading.com discount code. FTMO remains the strongest choice for a CFD trader who values payout history above cost and asset range.
What makes a prop firm reputable?
A reputable prop firm has a verifiable payout history, rules published on its own site, consistent trader feedback across Trustpilot and public forums, and more than a year of continuous operation. Independent award recognition and audited payout data raise a firm's trust score. Hola Prime is the only firm in this list with a Deloitte-reviewed withdrawal record. Marketing spend and social media following are not trust signals.
Which prop firm is best for futures?
TradeDay is the best futures prop firm in 2026. TradeDay trades CME futures including ES, NQ, CL, and GC, runs no funded consistency rule and no daily loss limit, and has paid out over $10 million since 2020. FundedNext and E8 Markets also offer futures alongside CFD accounts, with FundedNext reaching a $300,000 futures ceiling.
Which prop firm is best for crypto?
HyroTrader is the best crypto prop firm in 2026. HyroTrader routes orders to Bybit by direct API across 700+ pairs, so a trader can verify fills against a personal Bybit account. FXIFY, Hola Prime, and E8 Markets offer crypto as a contract for difference instead, with lower leverage and smaller pair counts.
Which prop firms pay out fastest?
Hola Prime cleared 98.35% of withdrawals within one hour during a Deloitte-reviewed period from October 2025 to March 2026. FundedNext guarantees payouts within 24 hours and pays $1,000 compensation if it misses. Orion Funded guarantees 48 hours with a written financial penalty. HyroTrader settles in USDT or USDC within 12 to 48 hours.
What is the difference between static and trailing drawdown?
A static drawdown fixes the loss floor to the starting account balance. A trailing drawdown moves the floor up as account equity rises. FTMO uses a 10% static drawdown, so the floor stays at $90,000 on a $100,000 account regardless of profit. The5ers uses a 6% trailing drawdown on High Stakes, so the floor rises with peak equity and leaves less room after a winning run.
Which prop firm is cheapest to start with?
OneFunded has the lowest entry cost at $16 and refunds the fee on the first payout. Klein Funding Cleo Flex is the cheapest crypto challenge at $28.50 for a $5,000 account. FundedNext Stellar Lite starts at $32.99 and E8 Markets starts at $33. Apply the active FundedTrading.com code before comparing, because FT60 and FT30 change the real price significantly.
Do any of these prop firms accept US traders?
FTMO reopened access to US traders across most states after acquiring OANDA in December 2025, with five states still excluded. TradeDay is a Chicago-based futures firm and accepts US traders directly. Availability changes by state and by product, so check the firm's own terms before buying. The best US prop firms list covers this in detail.
Are prop firm challenges worth the fee?
A prop firm challenge is a paid evaluation with no guaranteed outcome. Most traders who buy a challenge do not reach a payout. Firms that refund the fee, including HyroTrader, OneFunded, and FTMO, reduce the downside for traders who pass and get paid. Treat the fee as a cost that may not be recovered, and read the refund conditions before buying.
